Coupe Health is an alternative health plan that gives you access to Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Aware®/BlueCard® PPO Network. We identify top-quality providers and show you a price for every medical service, giving you control over your healthcare.Â
With Coupe, you owe nothing at the time of service. We pay your providers in full so that you can focus on receiving the care you need. Billing is simplified into a single statement that includes all services you received that month. Â
A Coupe Health Valet is a concierge resource that helps you navigate your health plan with ease. Health Valets can assist with a variety of needs such as finding a high-quality provider, coordinating appointments, and answering billing, provider, or plan questions.
At the end of each month, access your statement in the Coupe Health portal powered by Virgin Pulse. Once you are notified that your statement is ready, you can pay how you prefer, via the member portal or by mail. You can also set up autopay and pay bills over time with 0% financing to give yourself peace of mind. And better yet, if you pay your Coupe Health statement in full by the due date, 1.5% of that balance will be credited to your next monthly statement. Â
With Coupe, you no longer pay copays to your pharmacy. Your prescription costs will now be included in your single monthly statement. Your pharmacy copays vary depending on which pharmacy you use. Pharmacies are grouped into major categories and it is easy to know the difference within the app or portal.Â
